Remodel

"T & R Construction was hired to do a remodel on one of my properties to get it ready to sell. We did 2 full baths, widows, doors inside and out, full kitchen, drywall, paint, tile, siding, trim and little bits of miscellaneous to get the job done.

The work went great! Tim, Kyle, & Cody are hard working gentlemen who pride themselves in a job well done. We were very impressed with their advise, competence and job performance. Bathroom Upgrade

We began by choosing and purchasing all new materials and appliances. Work started on the project with demo, cabinet reconfiguration and installation of new cabinets. Next the work on re-tiling the floors and installing new range, range hood and dishwasher. T&R then coordinated with the company we were using for granite counter top installation. After granite install, the back-splash tile, final plumbing and other finishing work was completed.
Our overall experience was very good. Tim Newcomb is extremely professional and has an eye for detail. All parts of the remodel that he completed were on schedule and high quality. He also was easy to reach by cell phone and always responsive to us. We really appreciated the fact that Tim always went above and beyond on each aspect of the project, even correcting issues created by others involved in the project.
